US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 7 working days for dispatch. Free shipping is available for orders shipped in the Domestic US that are over $150 USD before tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to a wide range of destinations across North America, South America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, with more regions continuing to roll out as we expand.

That said, international shipping is a bit of a moving target right now.

Ongoing global disruptions—including postal service suspensions, customs and tax delays, port congestion, and conflict-driven rerouting—have made shipping timelines and costs less predictable than we’d like. These factors are entirely out of our hands, but they do impact how quickly and affordably we can get orders to you.

To keep things moving as reliably as possible, international orders are shipped from the United States using premium carriers like DHL and UPS. This helps reduce the risk of delays, but it does mean shipping rates may be higher than expected depending on your location.

We’ve done our best to keep international shipping rates as reasonable as possible, but they reflect the real cost of getting your order to you safely and efficiently in the current global climate.

We offer free shipping to Canada and free international shipping on qualifying orders over $250 USD (before tax) where available.

Duties, taxes, and import fees are typically paid by the recipient upon arrival. These charges are set by your local government and vary depending on the value and type of goods, as well as local regulations. We don’t control these fees, and they are not included at checkout unless expressly stated.

RETURN SHIPPING

Orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of order delivery date (not including “custom” or sale items).

All “custom”, sale items, and socks are final sale/no returns.

Customer covers return costs. 

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed and in original packaging when relevant.

We aim to process returns within 3-5 business days of arrival. Refunds are issued upon processing and inspection of return. Please allow up to 14 business days after processing for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
