SHIPPING

WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Orders ship every Tuesday and Friday. I'm Shenae, and I pack every order myself, so anything placed by Monday goes out Tuesday and anything placed by Thursday goes out Friday. You'll get tracking by email the day it ships.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Flat $8 shipping on all US orders. Free shipping on US orders over $150 USD before tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to a wide range of destinations across North America, South America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, with more regions continuing to roll out as we expand.

That said, international shipping is a bit of a moving target right now. Ongoing global disruptions—including postal service suspensions, customs and tax delays, port congestion, and conflict-driven rerouting—have made shipping timelines and costs less predictable than we'd like. These factors are entirely out of our hands, but they do impact how quickly and affordably we can get orders to you.

Canada and the UK ship at a flat rate based on parcel weight, shown at checkout. Everywhere else is calculated at checkout.

Free international shipping on orders over $250 USD before tax.

Duties and taxes are paid up front at checkout. Your total at checkout is the total you pay — there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives, and no customs bill at your door. These charges are set by your local government and calculated at checkout based on the value and type of goods and your local rates, so they can vary from one order to the next.

RETURN SHIPPING

Orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of order delivery date (not including “custom” or sale items).

All “custom”, sale items, and socks are final sale/no returns.

Customer covers return costs. 

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed and in original packaging when relevant.

We aim to process returns within 3-5 business days of arrival. Refunds are issued upon processing and inspection of return. Please allow up to 14 business days after processing for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
